At One Legacy Training Center, we are committed to providing high-quality training and service. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities when enrolling in classes or purchasing merchandise.
1. Class & Membership Refunds
All memberships, class packages, and tuition payments are non-refundable, except under the following circumstances:
Approved Refunds May Be Issued If:

A documented medical condition prevents continued participation (doctor’s note required)

The class is canceled by One Legacy Training Center and no equivalent alternative is offered

A duplicate charge or billing error is confirmed by our team
Non-Refundable Situations Include:

Missed classes or no-shows

Voluntary withdrawal from a program after the start date

Changes in personal schedule, travel, or availability

Failure to use sessions within the active billing cycle
Note: Make-up classes or credit toward future sessions may be offered at management’s discretion.
2. Trial Classes
First-time students may be eligible for a free trial class. Once enrolled in a paid membership or program, the refund policy above applies.
3. Retail Merchandise
We accept returns on unworn, unused merchandise (e.g., uniforms, gloves, apparel) within 7 days of purchase, with receipt.
To qualify for a refund or exchange:

Items must be in new condition with original tags/packaging

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Sale items are final and non-refundable
